The Family Kitchen Class at Healthy Living Market and Cafe July 12th

family_kitchen

I love, love, LOVE the idea of cooking together as a family and this class from Healthy Living Market and Cafe is the perfect opportunity to pick up some new skills in the kitchen and have fun with the kids. Even better? You’ll be making tacos! I am having quite the love affair with tacos during this pregnancy, and they are the perfect family meal since everyone can customize their own.

Happening THIS Saturday (July 12th) from 11am to 1pm, in this hands on class you’ll learn how to take the taco to a whole new place. First you’ll learn how to simply season meat without using preservative-laden packets of spices. You’ll be making your own zippy Guacamole and salsa – easy and fast and better than anything in a jar. How about a chipotle-lime sauce? Yes please! You’ll have lots of grated cheese and cilantro-lime rice to complete the feast. Family happiness coming right up!

This hands-on class is $40/ kid-parent pair and is recommended for kids 6 and up; all ages are welcome. Register here or give them a call at (518) 306-4900.
